NJF Vision (hereinafter « Ubble » and as defined in the article 1) operating under the brand name ubble, offers remote identity verification services and informs its users (hereinafter « You ») and potential future customers about its services via its website www.ubble.ai

In order to offer for sale, sell and deliver its solution, Ubble collects personal data from users and customers of its website.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the ubble.ai website of the means used to collect, access, process and retain users’ personal data. The applicable version is the one on the ubble.ai website at the time the user contacts us for more information or to request access to a demonstration of the Ubble services.  

NJFVision, as data controller, is committed to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data which entered into force on 25 May 2018. The Regulation ensures that personal data is processed with respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as with respect for the dignity of the data subject, in particular with regard to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to personal data protection.

This privacy policy (« Policy ») may be modified at any time by Ubble, in accordance with the terms of section 9 of this Policy, in particular to comply with any regulatory, jurisprudential, editorial or technical developments. The user should refer to the latest version of the Policy before navigation.

1. Data controller

The person in charge of processing, who collects the personal data and implements the data processing is:

2. Collection of personal data

The use of the www.ubble.ai website involves the collection and processing of various types of personal data for different purposes and using different methods. 

The personal data likely to be collected are the following:

  – user data: i.e. the data that the user provides when requesting a demonstration of Ubble services via the contact form (first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number)

  – data relating to navigation : refers to the data that the publisher collects during the User’s navigation on the Website and the Applications such as the date, time of connection and/or navigation, the type of browser, the language of the browser, its IP address, location data and geolocation.

Third party providers of applications, tools, gadgets and plug-ins on our website, as well as the networks on which Ubble publishes editorial and promotional content (such as Facebook and Instagram, Linkedin) may also use automated means, related to interests and context, to collect user data (interactions with features and profiling of online activity). This data is collected directly by these providers and/or third parties and is subject to their policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ubble is not responsible for the practices of these providers and third parties.

Some services may be impaired or inaccessible in the absence of consent to the collection of the data referred to in this Privacy Policy.

3. Purposes of collecting & processing personal data

The data collected in the context of the use of the site is processed for the purposes described below.

The regulations in force protect the privacy of users and require any data controller to be able to justify a legitimate basis for the said processing. The regulations thus provide for the following legal bases for processing (Article 6 GDPR)

  – the performance of an agreement to which the data subject is a party, such as a sales contract. 

  – compliance with a legal obligation, in particular for accounting purposes by keeping invoices;

  – the prior consent of the data subject

  – the legitimate interest of the data controller, with respect to the rights and freedoms of users. For example, improving the customer experience or preventing fraud may justify data collection.

Regarding the request for information from Ubble via the contact form set up, this use is permitted after obtaining your consent. 

In order to answer your request as precisely as possible, you will be provided with an insert allowing you to specify your request. If, in order to explain your situation, you need to provide Ubble with personal information, we ask you to transmit what is strictly necessary.

The communication of this personal data is obligatory so that Ubble can respond to your request. This data is kept until your request is processed or your consent is withdrawn.

If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of responding to your request, your name, first name and e-mail address will no longer be used and will be deleted.

Ubble is the sole recipient of your personal data.

Any submission of a contact form via the ubble.ai website is subject to your prior acceptance of the Policy by ticking the box « I have read and accept the privacy policy ». By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy fully and completely.

With respect to requests for demonstrations of Ubble services, such use is permitted after obtaining your consent. 

The communication of this personal data, except for the telephone number, is mandatory in order for Ubble to agree with you on the modalities of the demonstration.

This data is kept until your request is processed or your consent is withdrawn.

If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of responding to your request for a demonstration, your name, first name, email address and telephone number will no longer be used and will be deleted.

Ubble is the sole recipient of your personal data.

Concerning the administration of the website and the fight against fraud, personal data (cookies) to update and enrich the website www.ubble.ai and to fight against fraud on the Internet may be used.

Concerning the analysis of visits to the website and their frequency, audience measurement, studies, statistics, surveys (cookies) and the improvement of the user experience on the website, personal data, including cookies, are collected to understand the use of the website and to propose according to the legitimate interest of the person in charge products adapted to the user’s needs

Ubble does not share any personal data for commercial purposes with third parties.

The user has the right to modify his personal data and to withdraw his consent at any time by contacting Ubble.

4. Users’ rights regarding their personal data

In accordance with Articles 14 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, any natural person using the www.ubble.ai website has the right to exercise the following rights:

  – A right of access, rectification and deletion of the data collected

 – A right to object to the processing of their data or a right to withdraw their consent

 – A right to limit the processing

 – A right to the portability of the data collected

   – Can formulate directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of his personal data after his death in accordance with Article 40-1 of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

Finally, if Ubble detects a breach of personal data likely to generate a high risk for the rights and freedoms of its users, it undertakes to inform the users concerned as soon as possible.

The user will have to join to his request a proof of identity.

5. Duration of data retention

Your data will not be retained beyond the period strictly necessary for the purposes stated above and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The user’s data is deleted when the retention periods expire. Nevertheless, the data may be archived beyond the periods provided for the needs of research, the establishment and prosecution of criminal offences with the sole aim of making these data available to the judicial authorities, as necessary.

6. Security measures for personal data collected

As Data controller, Ubble undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of the data and in particular, to prevent them from being altered, distorted or accessed by unauthorised third parties. 

All data is hosted in Europe. No transfer of personal data will be made outside the European Economic Area. 

7. Cookies

When navigating on the website, information relating to the browsing of the user’s terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) may be recorded through files called « Cookies ».

The cookie makes it possible to monitor browsing or analyse user behaviour, and in particular:

  -to measure the number of visitors to the website,

 – to personalise the display of content accessible to the user

The user can modify his preferences in terms of cookies, through the navigation software used and can also oppose the deposit of cookies via the cookie management solution available on the Ubble website

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Any changes to this privacy policy will be posted on this page. Ubble reserves the right to adapt and/or modify it at any time and without notice. The User will be informed – insofar as it is technically and legally possible – by a notification through your contact details available by Ubble, namely by email. It is strongly recommended to consult this page frequently, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the top. If the changes influence the processing activities carried out on the basis of the User’s consent, Ubble must collect your consent again.
